My friend and I ate at BJ's around 10pm on Monday, February 10, 2024. I had a Brewhouse margarita, a wedge salad, and shared a cheese and tomato deep dish pizza with my friend. I was feeling nauseous with chills all this morning (Tuesday Feb 11) and started vomiting around 1pm. The diarrhea started around 6pm. Both have stopped but I am still having nausea, stomach pain, chills, and now a headache. My friend experienced nausea and lethargy throughout the day but nothing more than that. *diarrhea has returned

Order a carne asada quesadilla to go Friday Feb 7th 2025. Ate it at home, felt that the meat almost had an oxidized taste to it. Just, something seemed off. Stopped eating it. Woke up the next morning with mild cramps. Second day in, started having diarrhea. Now 4 days later I'm having debilitating cramps, can't leave the toilet. Sick as can be. Considering going to hospital.

Ordered Fish and Chips with slaw and tartar sauce approximately 6:30pm Saturday 3/23/24. By 6am Sunday morning I was having major stomach cramps and vomiting off and on for over 5 hours with chills, fever and headache. I could not hold down sips of water and became dehydrated and extremely weak. Almost went to the ER but stayed in bed until Monday morning. Still very tired and head still aches.

Got a pork butt from Mack's bbq to take to a party. There were 14 people in attendance, only 7 ate the pork. I know this because 7 of us became EXTREMELY ill for days. The only ones who got sick, in 3 different households, were the ones who ate the pork. This was the sickest I've ever been. We all were nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, fevers, body aches, and headache's for DAYS. I called today to inform them about it and I asked to speak to a manager. A lady took my number but I have yet to receive a call back. Her reaction was odd and led me to believe that there were others who also got food poisoning from them Saturday
