DineSafe looks forward to participating in the upcoming NAFS 2025 Conference Week, with an in-person workshop organized by Agroknow, “Using AI to Enhance Food Safety and Prevent Food Fraud,” on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 9:00 – 13:00 CT at the Hilton Austin (Room 615AB). This free, half-day session will explore how artificial intelligence and digital tools can strengthen food safety and compliance across the global supply chain.
